The A. Philip Randolph Institute continues to shine as a guiding light in the labor community. It is the senior constituency group in the AFL-CIO. AFT-Maryland was heavily involved in the 2022 APRI Conference held in Baltimore, Md. The highlight of the conference for the state federation was a panel on Critical Race Theory featuring AFT-Maryland President Kenya Campbell and AFT Secretary-Treasurer Fed Ingram.
